1. Soak the T-shirt in water until the fabric is completely saturated. Tap water, water from a public fountain, bottled water: no matter the temperature, the effect is the same.
2. Wring it out firmly by squeezing the fabric. The T-shirt should no longer drip but remain thoroughly damp.
3. Snap the T-shirt with a sharp motion to activate the jade microcrystals through airflow. It is this movement that triggers the cooling sensation.
4. Put it on. The cooling sensation, equivalent to 15 °C, is felt within seconds upon contact with the skin. It lasts for several hours, depending on the ambient temperature.
